Ingredients:
Eggplant with Potato

  • 1 Eggplant
  • 1 Potato
  • 50 g Pecorino cheese, grated
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

To make this appetizer, first peel the eggplant and also the potato. Then cut them in thick slices of 1 centimeter. After that, put them in an oven tray and sprinkle some salt and olive oil on top of them. Now bake them in preheated oven to 200 ºC for 40 minutes.

To set the plate, first put the potato slices, and then the eggplant slices on top of the them. Finally , add the grated cheese on top of the eggplant and potato slices. Your appetizer is ready to serve.
