Ingredients:
Yogurt with Spinach (Borani)
- 150 g Spinach
- 2 cups of Greek Yogurt
- Salt
Instructions
To prepare this yogurt with spinach, first, cook the spinach in boiling water only for 3 minutes. Then drain the spinach in a colander. After that, try to squeeze the water out from the cooked spinach with a spoon, pressing it. And when the spinach is cool, chop it finely.
Then in a bowl mix the yogurt with spinach and salt. Your appetizer is ready to serve.
Note: You can serve this yogurt with spinach; which is an appetizer also side dish, with potato chips, salty crackers, or toasted Naan.
