Yogurt with Spinach (Borani)
- 150 g Spinach
- 2 cups of Greek Yogurt
To prepare this yogurt with spinach, first cook the spinach in boiling water only during 3 minutes. Then drain the spinach in a colander. After that, try to squeeze the water out from the cooked spinach with a spoon, pressing it. And when the spinach is cool, chop it.
Then in a bowl mix the yogurt with spinach and salt.
Tip: you can serve this yogurt with spinach (Borani); appetizer also side dish, with potato chips, salty crackers, or toasted Naan.
