Ingredients for:
Cheese and Tomato Omelet

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of fresh cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • 20 gr coriander
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


To prepare this cheese and tomato omelet, first whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Then fry them in two parts, in a non-stick frying pan (14 cm) and set aside.

Now slice the cheese and tomato and then seperate the little leaves of coriander from the stem by hand. Then in a plate put the fried omelets first and fill each of them with the prepared cheese, tomato and coriander. After that, your breakfast is ready to serve.

Eggs: are incredibly nutritious. Eating them can raise the good cholesterol (HDL) which is linked to lower the risk of heart disease and stroke. Also, they contain all the essential amino acids that we need.

Tomatoes: are an excellent source of vitamin C and other antioxidants. Eating tomatoes can help to control blood sugar.

Coriander: is full of antioxidants that demonstrate immune-boosting, anticancer and anti inflammatory effects.
