Cheese and tomato omelet besides being really tasty is very easy to make. It takes only 10 minutes to prepare this delicious breakfast.

Ingredients for Cheese and Tomato Omelet

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of fresh cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • 20 gr coriander
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


To prepare this breakfast, first, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Then fry them in a non-stick frying pan (14 cm) with the olive oil in two batches, and when they are done, set them aside.

After that, slice the cheese and tomato and then cut them in half-moons. Then separate the little leaves of coriander from its stems by hand. Next, in order to set the plate, put the fried omelets first, and then fill each of them with the prepared cheese, tomato, and coriander. Now you can enjoy eating your breakfast.

Notes: Instead of fresh cheese you can use cottage or feta cheese. Also, if you add 2 tablespoons of milk to the egg batter, the omelet will be even tastier.
