Egg Burger

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 burger bun
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions for egg burger

To prepare egg burger, first we poach the egg. To do that, place a piece of plastic warp over a short water glass and then add the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper to it. After that, tie the plastic wrap with a piece of thread and cook the egg in boiling water for 4 minutes. Next, slice the tomato and mash the avocado with a fork.

Now toast or warm the burger bun first and then add the mashed avocado to the bun and spread it evenly with a spoon. Then add the sliced tomato and poached egg to it. Your burger is ready to serve and you can accompany your burger with coffee, black or green tea.

Note:

Cooking the egg this way and without oil, makes it much more healthier.
