Egg Burger is a simple yet very satisfying breakfast that is really easy to make and contains carbohydrates, vitamins, fiber, and proteins.

Ingredients for Egg Burger

  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 burger bun
  • Salt & pepper


To prepare this egg burger we first poach the egg. To do that, place a piece of plastic wrap over a short water glass and then add the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper. After that, tie the plastic wrap with a piece of thread or twine and cook the egg in boiling water for 4 minutes. Next, cut the tomato into slices and mash the avocado with a fork.

Now toast or warm the burger bun first. Then add the mashed avocado to the bun and spread it evenly with a spoon. After that, add the sliced tomato and poached egg on top of the mashed avocado. Your breakfast is ready and you can enjoy eating it with black or green tea, or with coffee.

Note: Cooking the egg this way and without oil, makes it much healthier.
