Ingredients for:
Fruity Breakfast

  • Green Tea
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g cottage cheese
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1 tomato
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 2 strawberries
  • 2 slices of bread


First, poach the egg in a saucepan with boiling water and a little bit of vinegar ( the water should boil gently and not vigorously ), for about 3 to 4 minutes. Then drain the egg and leave it on a kitchen towel to absorb the excess water. Next, cut the tomato, avocado, and orange into thin slices. After that, cut in half the strawberries. Now transfer all the prepared ingredients with the cottage cheese and walnuts to a plate and after making the green tea as well, you can enjoy eating your breakfast.

Note: Poaching the egg instead of frying it and without any oil, makes it even healthier.
