Fruity Breakfast

  • Green Tea
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g cottage cheese
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1 tomato
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 2 strawberries
  • 2 slices of bread


In order to prepare this fruity breakfast, first poach the egg in a saucepan with gently and not vigorously boiling water and a pinch of vinegar, for 3 or 4 minutes. Once the egg has finished cooking, drain the egg on a kitchen towel. Then cut the tomato, avocado and orange in thin slices. After that, cut in half the strawberries and in a plate add all the ingredients. Finally prepare the green tea as well and then you can enjoy your breakfast.

Green tea: lowers cholesterol, fights cancer, and speeds metabolism.
Eggs: a rich source of protein, rich in omega-3, and raise HDL; the good cholesterol.
Cottage cheese: vitamin b-12 for energy, magnesium for the heart and potassium for the brain.
Avocados: balance hormones, boost the immune system and reduce LDL and raises HDL.
Oranges: are high in vitamin C, alkalize the body and also they are a source of antioxidants.
Tomatoes: are good for diabetics, improve digestive health and are super high in anti-oxidants.
Walnuts: improve heart function, avoid heart diseases and strengthen bones.
Strawberries: are packed with antioxidants, lower blood pressure and are rich in nutrients.
Bread: good source of fiber, cholesterol-free and source of carbohydrates.
