Pancakes, besides being delicious are easy to make. These pancakes accompanied by fruits and honey are a perfect option for your breakfast.

Ingredients for Pancakes

  • 150 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Olive oil
  • 1 banana
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 tangerine


In order to make this breakfast, in a large bowl crack the eggs and whisk them with a fork. Then add the flour, baking powder, milk, and salt to the eggs and whisk all the ingredients together until the batter is smooth.

After that, slice the banana and cut the strawberries in half. Also, peel the tangerine and then separate it into segments (you can add apples, kiwis, mangoes, or any other fruit you like).

Next, put a frying pan over medium heat and brush the surface of the pan with a little bit of olive oil. Then add one ladle of the batter to the pan and cook the pancake until little bubbles appear on its surface and its base is golden, it takes 2 to 3 minutes. Then flip the pancake carefully and when it is golden brown on both sides, transfer it to a plate. Again brush a little bit of olive oil to the surface of the frying pan and continue to fry the remaining batter the same. With this batter, you will have 8 pancakes.

Then add the banana, strawberries, and kiwi to the pancakes and serve them with honey on top.

Note: It is important not to overmix the batter after adding the flour, just mix until the flour is incorporated. Otherwise, the pancakes will be chewy.
