  • 150 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Olive oil
  • 1 banana
  • 6 starwberries
  • 1 tangerine

Instructions

To make these pancakes, first we prepare the batter. Therefore, in a large bowl crack the eggs and whisk them with a fork. Then add the flour, baking powder, milk and salt to the eggs. Whisk all the ingredients together until the batter is smooth.

Then slice the banana and cut the strawberries in half. Also peel the tangerine and then seperate it into segments (but you can use any other fruit that you like).

Next, put a frying pan on a medium heat and brush the surface of the pan with a little bit of olive oil. Then add one ladle of the batter to the pan and cook the pancake until little bubbles appear on its surface and its base is golden, it takes 2 to 3 minutes, then flip the pancake carefully. When the pancake is golden on both sides, then transfer it to a plate. Again brush a little bit of olive oil on the surface of the frying pan and continue to fry the remaining batter the same. You will have 8 pancakes.

Now add the prepared fruits to the pancakes and serve them with honey on top of them.
