Chia with fruits

Ingredients for:
Chia with fruits

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 1 golden kiwi
  • 1 peach
  • 100 gr blueberries
  • 50 gr raisins


In order to make chia with fruits, first peel and then cut the golden kiwi. Then cut the peach in small pieces as well. Now add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds in each cup. Then add 100 ml of almond milk in each cup and 50 gr of blueberries as well. After that, add the chopped peach and kiwi to each cup. Finally on top of all the ingredients, add the rest of the blueberries and raisins.

It is better to leave this chia dessert in the fridge for 6 hours and then serve it. Because this way chia seeds will absorb the almond milk.


Chia is a plant native to Central America. It is one of the plant species with the highest concentration of omega 3. Chia is a word of Mayan origin that means strength. Its versatility in the kitchen and its great nutritional wealth have made it one of the fashionable foods in recent years. There are white and black chia seeds which are both nutritionally practically identical.
