Melon and Yogurt Cream

Melon and yogurt cream is perfect for hot summer days. Melons are low in calories, and fat and they are perfect if you are on a diet.

Melon and Yogurt Cream

  • Half a Melon
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • A few fresh mint leaves


This cream is really easy to make. First cut the melon in half, peel it and take its seeds out and then cut it in small pieces. In a blender, add the melons with the yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, and fresh mint leaves. Finally, when the ingredients are really well blended, serve the cream in a bowl with some fresh mint leaves on top of it.
