Black spaghetti with vegetables with its colorful and tasty ingredients is a very appetizing dish that you can make in just 20 minutes.

Black Spaghetti with Vegetables
- 250 g black spaghetti
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 Cubanelle pepper
- 2 carrots
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp cheese powder
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
To prepare this recipe, wash all the vegetables first. Then peel the carrots. After that, cut the carrots, red bell pepper, and Cubanelle pepper into strips and slice the mushrooms.
Next, in a wok or a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm the olive oil first. Then add the carrots and sauté for a few minutes. When the carrots are soft, add the red bell pepper and Cubanelle pepper and cook them for about 3 minutes. After that, add the mushrooms, oregano, salt, and pepper to the rest of the ingredients and continue cooking all the ingredients together for 3 minutes more. Then add the tomato sauce, lower the heat to medium-low and simmer all the vegetables for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the black spaghetti in boiling water with a pinch of salt according to packet instructions (it is better to serve the spaghetti al dente) and then drain it in a colander.
Now you can serve the black spaghetti with vegetables and the cheese powder on top.
