Black spaghetti with vegetable recipe is really easy to make and it is also a simple but flavorful dish that you can prepare in 20 minutes.

Black Spaghetti with Vegetables
- 250 g black spaghetti
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 Cubanelle pepper
- 2 carrots
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp cheese powder
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
To prepare this recipe, first wash all the vegetables. Then peel the carrots. Next, cut the carrots, red bell pepper, and Cubanelle pepper into strips and slice the mushrooms.
Now in a wok or a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm the olive oil first. Then add the carrots and when they are soft, add the red bell pepper and Cubanelle pepper and cook them for about 3 minutes. After that, add the mushrooms, oregano, salt, and pepper to the rest of the ingredients. Continue cooking the ingredients for 3 minutes more. Then add the tomato sauce, lower the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the black spaghetti in boiling water with a pinch of salt according to packet instructions (it is better to serve the spaghetti al dente) and then drain it in a colander.
Then serve the spaghetti with prepared vegetables and cheese powder.
