Ingredientes for:

  • 250 g chickpeas
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 100 g coriander
  • 1 celery Stalk
  • 4 Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 radishes
  • Microgreen leaves
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & pepper


To prepare Falafel, first soak the chickpeas in water for 2 days. Therefore they will be soft. Then rinse and drain them and put them in a food processor. Then add 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 celery stalk and 100grs of coriander all in the food processor together. When the mixture is like a homogeneous paste, then add the salt and pepper to the paste.

Now using two spoons, make little ball shapes of the paste and deep fry them in olive oil, in a pot over high heat.

You can serve the Falafel on pita bread accompanied with micro green leaves,1 onion , 2 radishes and 4 cherry tomatoes all cut in very thin slices.
