Ingredients:
Okra with Chicken Stew

  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 250 g Okra
  • 150 g Broccoli
  • 3 Boneless Chicken Muscle
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 3 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 5 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, Black pepper & Cinnamon

Instructions

To prepare this Okra with chicken stew, first chop the onion. Then chop the broccoli and slice the carrots. After that in a pot over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and start to fry the onion. Then after 5 minutes add the chicken muscles, carrots, okra, and broccoli to it and stir and fry them for 5 more minutes. Then add the salt, pepper, cinnamon, and the tomato paste to the ingredients. Continue to stir and cook for 5 minutes more. At this point, add 2 cups of water to the pot and cover it. Finally when the stew starts to boil, reduce the heat to low, and cook the stew for 30 minutes.
