Prawns with Cheese Ravioli

Ingredients for:
Prawns with Cheese Ravioli

  • 2 prawns
  • 4 cheese ravioli
  • 1 purple potato
  • 2 asparagus
  • 2 baby carrots
  • 5 red & yellow cherry tomatoes
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil


To prepare this dish first, cook the purple potato in boiling water for 15 minutes and then drain it. Meanwhile, cook the cheese ravioli in boiling water as indicated on the package, but it is better when it is cooked al dente. After that, cook the asparagus in boiling water for 3 minutes as well.

Then place a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the prawns with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 2 to 3 minutes. Next, in the same skillet, fry the asparagus and glaze the baby carrots.

After that, peel the purple potato and cut it into cubes. Then cut the tomatoes into quarters, and the carrots and asparagus in half.

Now you can add the prawns with the cheese ravioli and the rest of the prepared ingredients to a plate as presented in the photo. And after drizzling them with olive oil, and seasoning them with salt and pepper, Prawns with Cheese Ravioli is ready to serve.

Note: To glaze the baby carrots, in a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Then add the carrots and season them with salt and pepper. Keep stirring the carrots until they are soft, about 5 to 6 minutes. Next, add the sweetener to the carrots. You can add white or brown sugar, honey, or maple syrup and cook them until the liquid reduces to a glaze while stirring them occasionally.
