Shiitake mushrooms

These mushrooms have been utilized for their health benefits in traditional Asian healing systems for centuries. They are high in minerals such as selenium and may have anti-inflammatory properties. These mushrooms are low in fat and calories and are cholesterol-free. Shiitake mushrooms are a good source of fiber, and also can provide us with vitamins A, B2, B12, C, and D. They also contain minerals like magnesium, potassium, and zinc. Their rich, earthy flavor and meaty texture make them perfect for sautés, stir-fries, soups, stuffings, and risotto.

Note: It is better to warm the burger buns before assembling the burgers.
