Ingredients for Shiitake Burgers
- 150 g shiitake mushrooms
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 purple onion
- 2 pickles
- 1 tomato
- 50 g lettuce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
To prepare shiitake burgers, wash and clean the mushrooms first. Then finely chop the onion and pickles. After that, in a little bowl mix the chopped onion and pickles with the cream cheese. Then slice the tomato and chop the lettuce as well.
Next, in a frying pan or skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and fry the mushrooms with salt and pepper for just 3 minutes on each side.
Now to assemble the burgers, cover each bun with 2 tablespoons of the prepared cheese mixture. Then add the shiitake mushrooms. Next, top the mushrooms with tomato and lettuce. Finally, your Shiitake Burgers are ready to serve.
