  • 150 g Spaghetti
  • 25 g White beans
  • 25 g Black beans
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Avocado
  • Sesame seeds
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1 lemon


To prepare this spaghetti with black and white beans, first soak the beans for 12 hours. Then cook them over medium heat for 30 minutes and when they are cooked drain them in a colander. Now cook the spaghetti in boiling water al dente, which means it is cooked but still has a little bite. Then with a mandoline cut the carrot in very thin slices. And finally, with a knife chop the avocado in slices as well.

Now you can set the plate with the prepared ingredients according to the photo. And for the dressing, mix the olive oil, salt, lemon juice and sesame seeds together and serve the spaghetti with it.
