  • 150 g Spaghetti
  • 25 g White beans
  • 25 g Black beans
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Avocado
  • Sesame seeds
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

To make this spaghetti with black and white beans, you should soak the beans for 12 hours. After that, cook the beans in boiling water for 30 minutes until they are tender, and then drain them in a colander.

Next, with a mandolin, cut the carrot into thin, flat slices. Then with a knife, cut the avocado into slices as well.

Now cook the spaghetti in boiling water with a pinch of salt al dente, which means it is cooked but still has a little bite into it.

After that, you can set the plate with the prepared ingredients as presented in the photo. And for the dressing, mix the olive oil with salt, lemon juice, and sesame seeds together and serve the spaghetti with it.

Notes: If you don’t have a mandolin, you can also use a vegetable peeler to cut the carrot into thin, flat slices. Soaking beans in water for at least 12 hours before cooking them will shorten their cooking time.
