Ingredients for:
Stir Fry Vegetables

  • 200 g green beans
  • 1 potato (large)
  • 2 carrots
  • 200 g oyster mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp red chili pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

To prepare stir fry vegetables, first wash and then cut the top and tail of the green breans. Now chop them in 5 cm long pieces. Next peel and chop the potato and carrots. They should have the same thickness and lenght like green beans, because this way they will require the same amount of time while cooking them. Then clean the oyster mushrooms and also chop the garlic clove.

Now in a steam pot, cook the green beans, potato and carrots for 15 minutes.

After that, in a wok or a large skillet over high-heat, add the olive oil and first fry the mushrooms and garlic clove for about 2 minutes. Then add the steam cooked vegetables with soy sauce, red chili pepper flakes, black pepper and salt to the rest of the ingredients. Stir for about 2 minutes but it is important to do it gently in a way that all the vegetables conserve their shape. Then your stir fry vegetables are ready to serve.
