Stir Fry Vegetables recipe

To prepare stir fry vegetables, wash and then cut the top and tail of the green beans first. After that, cut them into 5 cm long pieces. Next, peel and then cut the potato and carrots into strips. They should have the same thickness and length as the green beans because this way they will need the same cooking time. Then wash and clean the oyster mushrooms and mince the garlic clove.

Now place the green beans and potato and carrot strips in a steamer pot and steam-cook the vegetables for 15 minutes.

After that, in a wok or a large skillet over high heat, add the olive oil. When the oil is warm, add the oyster mushrooms and the minced garlic clove and sauté for about 2 minutes. Then add the steam-cooked vegetables with soy sauce, red chili pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt to the rest of the ingredients and sauté for about 2 minutes more. But it is important to mix the vegetables gently so that they conserve their shape. Then you can serve the Stir Fry Vegetables with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper on top.
