Ingredients for:
Tortellini with Vegetables

  • 250 g tortellini
  • 150 g oyster mushrooms
  • 100 g spinach
  • 250 g broccoli
  • 1/2 green paprika
  • 5 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper


To prepare this tortellini with vegetables, first we make the sauce. So slice the green paprika finely. Then cut the large stems of broccoli and chop them. Now carefully try to separate its little florets by hand. Then clean the mushrooms.

After that, in a saucepan over high-heat, add the olive oil and first fry the green paprika and chopped stems of broccoli for about 2 minutes. Then add the mushrooms with salt and pepper and fry them for 2 minutes. Next, add the broccoli florets and spinach and again fry them for 2 minutes. Finally add the tomato sauce to the rest of the ingredientes, mix them well and then remove it from the heat.

Then in a large pot over high-heat, cook the tortellini in boiling water with a pinch of salt as directed on the package ( between 12-14 minutes) and after that drain it.

Then after mixing the tortellini with the prepared sauce, your tortellini with vegetables is ready to serve.
