Pizza with Naan

Pizza with Naan is a great option for a quick lunch or dinner. In 10 minutes and after adding the toppings to the Naan, your pizza is ready.

Ingredients for:
Pizza with Naan

  • 1 Naan
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 150 g mozzarella and
    cheddar cheese, grated
  • 50 g cooked corn kernels
  • 50 g Frankfurter sausage
  • 1 tomato
  • 50 g broccoli
  • 1 Small onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 garlic powder

Instructions

To make this quick and easy pizza with Naan first, cut the sausages, onion, and tomato into slices. Then chop the broccoli. Next, mix the tomato sauce with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Now add the prepared tomato sauce mixture on top of the Naan and spread it evenly with a spoon to coat the Naan. Then, on top of the tomato sauce, add 3/4 of the cheese and spread it evenly. After that, add the sliced sausages, broccoli, corn kernels, onion, and the sliced tomato. Finally, add the rest of the cheese on top of the ingredients.

Now preheat the oven to 200 ºC (390 ºF), just the top. Because the Naan is already cooked and we only want to bake the ingredients on top of the Naan. Then bake the pizza in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.

The good thing about this pizza is that it will be ready in just 10 minutes, so it is a great option for lunch or dinner whenever you don’t have much time for cooking. Just by having Naan and also a few ingredients for the topping, you can easily make this delicious pizza.


Note: You can add other toppings to Pizza with Naan, like mushrooms, olives, artichokes, green peppers, arugula, basil or spinach.
