Ingredients for:
Arugula and Watermelon Salad

  • 50 g Arugula
  • 150 g Watermelon
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Avocado
  • 10 Almonds
  • 10 Black olives
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper


To prepare this arugula and watermelon salad, first put the almonds in a little bowl and then add boiling water to it. Wait for 5 minutes, after that you can easily peel the almonds. After peeling the almonds, chop them in julienne. Now cut the watermelon in little cube shapes. Then slice the cucumber and also the avocado. It is better to serve the salad in a deep plate because it is easier to eat. In order to set the plate first, add the arugula to the plate. Then the chopped watermelon and also the slices of the cucumber and avocado. Finally, on top, add the almonds and black olives.
For the salad dressing: mix the lemon juice with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
