Ingredients for:
Bulgur Salad

  • 100 g bulgur
  • 150 g green cabbage
  • 1 cucumber
  • 100 g cauliflower
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper


In order to prepare this bulgur salad, first cook the bulgur in boiling water for 3 minutes. Then rinse it in a colander and let it cool.

After that, chop the green cabbage and celery stalks finely. Then peel and cut the cucumber in small pieces. And slice the avocado as well. Next cut the large stem of cauliflower carefully and try to separate its little florets by hand. Finally cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Now in a big bowl add the bulgur with the rest of the prepared ingredients and mix them well.

For the salad dressing, mix the fresh lemon juice with olive oil, salt and pepper. Then serve the salad in little salad bowls with it.
