Ingredients for:
Farfalle Pasta Salad

  • 250 g farfalle pasta
  • 150 g lettuce
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 125 g greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp sunflower seeds
  • Salt and pepper


To prepare this farfalle pasta salad, first peel the cucumber then cut it lengthwise in half and slice it. After that, slice the onion, tomato and avocado. Next, chop the lettuce and celery stalk finely.

Now cook the farfalle pasta in boiling water with a pinch of salt according to packet instructions ( for 10 minutes more or less). Then drain the pasta and when it is slightly cool, pour all the prepared ingredients in a large bowl and mix them well.

For salad dressing: in a little bowl, mix the greek yogurt with olive oil and fresh lemon juice.

Then serve the salad in individual salad bowls and sprinkle on top of them sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, salt and pepper. Finally add the salad dressing to each bowl and then serve them.
