Fennel Salad

Fennel Salad is a perfect option to accompany your main dishes. This beautiful salad is made with baby greens, orange, apple, and fennel.

Ingredients for: Fennel Salad

Fennel Salad recipe
  • 1 fennel bulb (small)
  • 50 g mixed baby greens
  • 1 orange
  • 1 green apple
  • 4 radishes
  • 1 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


To prepare this salad, thinly slice the fennel with a mandolin. After that, remove the ends of the orange so that its flesh is visible. Then stand the orange upright on one of the flat ends and cut away all sections of the peel from the top all way down, removing all of the white pith. Now lay it on its side and cut it into thin slices. Also, core the apple first and then cut it into slices. To finish, cut the radishes into slices as well.

Now place the mixed baby greens on your plates first and then add the shaved fennel. After that, add the sliced orange, apple, and radishes on top of the mixed baby greens.

For the salad dressing, serve the salad with fresh lemon juice mixed with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
