Lamb’s lettuce salad with Beetroot

Lamb’s lettuce salad with Beetroot

  • 80 g Lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 Beetroot
  • 1 cup fresh cheese
  • 3 pieces of segmented orange
  • Olive oil
  • Sesame seeds
  • Salt


To prepare this lamb’s lettuce salad, first cook the beetroot in boiling water for 20 minutes and then drain it. And when the beetroot is cool, slice it. After that, also slice the fresh cheese.

Now in order to set the plate; first put the lamb’s lettuce in the center of the plate. Then add the slices of the beetroot to the plate. And on top of the beetroot slices, add the slices of fresh cheese. And at the end the 3 pieces of segmented orange.

Finally, serve the salad with some sesame seeds and olive oil. And season it with salt. Your salad is ready to serve.
