  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 avocado
  • 200 g lettuce
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 4 pickled baby corns
  • 12 pitted black olives
  • 1 lemon
  • 125 g Greek yogurt
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


Pomegranate Salad recipe

To prepare pomegranate salad, first, wash and then dry all the vegetables. Next, chop the lettuce and celery finely, slice the avocado, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and seed the pomegranate.

Then in a salad dish, first add the chopped lettuce. After that, place the sliced avocado and cherry tomatoes on top of the lettuce. Then add the chopped celery stalks, baby corns, black olives and pomegranate seeds.

For the salad dressing:

Mix the Greek yogurt with fresh lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and then serve your salad with it.
