Ingredients for:
White Cabbage Salad

  • 200 g white cabbage
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes; reds & yellows
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper


To make this white cabbage salad, first wash all the vegetables. Then cut into small pieces the cabbage. After that peel and then slice the cucumber. Now chop the onion finely and also cut the celery stalks. Finally cut the Cherry tomatoes in half.

Then in a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and serve them in 2 salad bowls.

For the salad dressing: mix the lemon juice with olive oil, salt and pepper and serve the salad with the dressing.
