Ingredients for:
Corn and Avocado Salad

  • 100 g corn kernels
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper


To prepare this simple side dish, first cook corn kernels in boiling water with a pinch of salt. For about 10 minutes and then rinse them and set them aside to cool. Next, peel and then slice the onion finely and cut the avocados into squares as well.

When the corn kernels are slightly cool, pour all the prepared ingredients into a large bowl. After that, add the fresh lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to the ingredients. Mix the salad well and then serve it with your main dish.

Note: Instead of corn kernels, you can add green peas to this side dish.
