Ingredients for Garlic roasted carrots

  • 5 carrots
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 25 g parsley
  • Salt and pepper


To prepare these garlic roasted carrots, first peel and then slice the carrots in thick slices of 2 cm. Then mince the parsley and garlic cloves.

After that, in a bowl mix the olive oil with salt, pepper and minced garlic. Then pour the carrots with the prepared mixture of olive oil in a baking dish and mix them well.

Now bake the carrots in the oven to 180 ºC for 40 minutes until they are soft and tender. When carrots are ready, serve them with chopped parsley on top of them.
