Ingredients for Garlic roasted mushrooms
- 5 mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove
- 25 g parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
To prepare this side dish, first wash the mushrooms. Then wash and mince the parsley. And chop the garlic clove finely. After that, in a small bowl mix the olive oil with salt, pepper and chopped garlic.
Now put the mushrooms in a pyrex or a in baking dish and pour the prepared mixture of olive oil on top of them. Then bake them in the oven to 180 ºC for 20 minutes.
When the mushrooms are ready garnish them with chopped parsley and then serve the garlic roasted mushrooms with your main dish.
