Ingredients for Oven Baked Potatoes
- 1 kg small potatoes
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp sea salt
To prepare this side dish, first wash the potatoes under running water, using a vegetable brush in order to scrub their skins of any dirt. Then use a clean kitchen towel to dry them completely.
Next, pour the potatoes into a large bowl. Then add the olive oil, black pepper, oregano, and sea salt to the potatoes and mix them. After that, transfer the prepared potatoes into a baking dish and spread them evenly in a single layer.
Now bake the potatoes in the preheated oven to 200º C for 50 minutes until their skin is crispy.
