Ingredients for:
Potatoes and Green Beans

  • 500 g new potatoes
  • 150 g green beans
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper


To prepare this side dish, first cut off the green beans tails and stems. Then peel the new potatoes and cut them in half. Also, mince the garlic.

Next, in a bowl mix the beans and potatoes with the minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Then in a baking tray, spread the beans and potatoes. Do not pile them on top of each other, because this way they will roast evenly.

Now bake the beans and potatoes in preheated oven to 200 ºC for 20 minutes until they are roasted. Then your side dish is ready to serve.

Note: You can roast the new potatoes without peeling them, but make sure to wash and clean them properly with a kitchen brush first.
