Ingredients for:
Yogurt with Beetroot

  • 150 g Beetroot
  • 2 cups of Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • Salt


To prepare yogurt with beetroot, first cook the beetroot in boiling water for 20 minutes. Then drain and also grate it. After that, when the beetroot is cool, in a bowl add the yogurt, olive oil and salt to the beetroot and mix them well.

You can serve this side dish ( also appetizer) with potato chips, salty crackers, or toasted Naan.
