Yogurt with Holandes cucumber
- 1 Holandes cucumber
- 250 g Greek yogurt
- 5 tbsp Philadelphia cheese
- 1 tbsp Chopped coriander
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Black pepper and salt
Instructions
To prepare this yogurt with Holandes cucumber, first soften the cheese with the help of a fork and add it to the yogurt, salt, pepper and chopped coriander. Chop the cucumber and garlic and add it to the rest. In the end, we decorate it with raisins, sesame seeds, and mint leaves.
This dish is served with food or you can also serve it as a dip for snacks and chips.
Important steps to have a good result
- After chopping the cucumber well, add the salt and pepper. This way salt and pepper make the cucumber release its water adding more flavor to this dish.
- You can add chopped nuts like walnuts, almonds and sunflower seeds to your liking, which gives even more flavor to your dish and completes it.
