Ingredients for Apple and Cinnamon Snack

  • 2 green apples
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon


To make this apple and cinnamon snack, first wash the apples very well. Because we want to bake them with their peel on, in order to take advantage of the nutrients in them. Actually there are 3 times more antioxidants in the apple skin than in its flesh. So we want the whole apple.

After washing the apples, core them with an apple corer. Then slice them in thick slices of 1 cm. Put the apple slices in a bowl and add the sugar and cinnamon to them. After mixing the slices with the sugar and cinnamon, put them in one layer over a baking sheet in an oven tray. Then bake them in preheated oven to 180 ºC for 40 minutes. Finally you have your healthy and easy apple and a cinnamon snack ready.
