Ingredients for Oregano Salty Crackers
- 135 g flour
- 80 ml water
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp oregano
- 2 tsp sea salt
To prepare these oregano salty crackers, in a large bowl whisk the flour with 1 teaspoon of salt and then gradually add the water and 4 tablespoons of olive oil to it. Then start to knead the dough until it holds together when pressed. Now on a lightly floured surface with a rolling pin, spread and roll the dough to 0.50 cm thickness. After that, with cookie cutters cut the dough and then place them on baking sheets.
Next, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with 2 tablespoons of oregano and then brush the mixture over the crackers. Finally, sprinkle the rest of the sea salt over them.
Bake the crackers in preheated oven to 200 ºC for 10 minutes until they are lightly golden on top.
