Rice Crackers
- 8 Rice Crackers
- 100 g Philadelphia Cheese
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Carrot
- 10 Cherry Tomatoes; reds & yellows
- 1 Bananna
- 1 Kiwi
- 5 Red Radishes
- 1 Purple Carrot
Instructions
To make this rice crackers snack, first cover each rice cracker with Philadelphia cheese. Then wash and cut all the vegetables and fruits in very thin slices. Finally, add the sliced vegetables and fruits on top of the crackers and enjoy eating your snacks.
Tip: you can use any fruit or vegetable as you like.
