Ingredients for:
Mushroom Soup

  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 50 g baby spinach
  • 30 g cream
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 300 ml water
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions for Mushroom Soup

To prepare this mushroom soup, first chop the onion finely. Then slice the mushrooms and cut the carrots into cubes.

After that, in a pot over high-heat, first warm the olive oil and then add the chopped onion to it. When the onion is translucent, add the carrots and sauté until they are soft. Next, add the mushrooms, salt and pepper and sauté just for 2 minutes. Then add the water to the ingredients and as soon as the soup starts to boil put the lid on, lower the heat to minimum-low and let simmer for 30 minutes. Just 5 minutes before the soup is ready, add the baby spinach to it.

When the soup is ready, remove the pot from heat and add the cream to it. Now your soup is ready to serve.
