Ingredients for:
Oats Soup

  • 100 g Oats
  • 100 g green peas
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 50 g parsley
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper


To make this oats soup, first chop the onion. Then peel and grate the carrot. Chop the parsley finely as well.

Now in a pot over high heat, first add the olive oil and then onion. Fry the onion almost for 5 minutes, then add the oatmeal and green peas to it. Stir them for 3 minutes and then add the salt and pepper. Now add 4 glasses of water to the pot and when the soup starts boiling, lower the heat to a minimum and let simmer for 30 minutes. Just 10 minutes before the soup is ready, add the grated carrot and chopped parsley to it. After that, your soup is ready to serve.
